In the roving factory, several production lines are in operation. On the end of a combing machine with a width of 2.2 meters, white cashmere is put in. After a series of treatment, dozens of cashmere yarns are continuously rolled up from the other end. The other side of the workshop is rolled up. The spinning machine with a length of nearly 100 meters will further make the rovings into spun yarn. The entire production line is an Octir assembly line imported from Italy, and is also the most advanced production line in the world. According to reports, there are more than 100 workers in one line and the machines operate 24 hours. It is expected that Annual production capacity of 470 tons.

In the combing workshop, a cluster of white, soft, lint-free piles attract people's attention. They gently lift the ball and feel even smoother than silk. Cashmere carding out of the first dyeing after spinning, and finally shipped to the knitting workshop system Cashmere sweaters, cashmere trousers and other finished products. At present, there are 172 carding machines in the factory, with more than 120 workers. The designed annual production capacity is 300 tons. In the knitting workshop, more than 270 German computerized flat knitting machines are rushing to weave cashmere day and night. Fabrics, workers monitor the computer while checking whether the finished product has flaws. The workshop was relocated from the old factory area to the new park at the end of last year. It was formally put into operation on January 16 this year. Currently, there are more than 900 first-line workers due to process changes. For streamline operations, recruitment is still continuing. Today, the production environment has been greatly improved and workers' benefits have also been improved. The design output has increased from more than half a million units in the previous year to more than one million units.

The modern cashmere industrial park of Ordos Group is built on the principles of modernization, automation, green energy conservation and environmental protection, and high efficiency and high standards.
