If there is no standard color light box, it is possible to perform color matching on the condition that the window is opened in the north room and the fluorescent lamp is turned on again. Usually the light intensity is the intensity of four 40W fluorescent lamps, and the fluorescent lamp should be 50cm away from the inspection table.

2, on the color background: the color results will be affected by the color background. In order to reduce this effect, the surface of the color inspection table can now be covered with polyester and cotton semi-bleaching cloths and then covered with frosted glass and ordinary glass.

3. Color Matching Method: When coloring, two color samples of similar size need to be placed side by side on the worktable so that the two color samples are placed in the same direction. When you color the velveteen cotton fabric, you need to be very careful. Once the naps are in different directions, the color you see will be very different. In addition, to ensure the stability of the light source, avoid jumping lights, glare and other phenomena, in order to improve the accuracy of the color. For products with high quality standards and strict requirements, color pattern color matching should be performed by specialized technicians at designated locations.

After comparing the merchandisers, if they are found to be significantly different from the customer's colour standards, they should return to the dyeing factory and re-proof the sample.
