2 . 3 Traditional pretreatment scouring process

2 . 3 . 1 Process flow : Slotting → padding alkaline working solution → rolling (5-6h) → four-grid washing → padding scouring working fluid → steaming (98 °C X 5min) → flat washing tank four-grid hot water washing → one Cold washing → padding oxygen bleaching working fluid → steaming (98°CX20min) → hot water washing → cold water washing → grilling

NaOH 35-40g /L

Scouring agent 880 6g /L

Penetrant TA-1 2g /L

Ammonia persulfate 0.6g/L

Dispersing chelating agent 2g /L
