What is the properties of Polyester Fabric and Polylon Fabric?

Polyvinyl chloride fiber is a fiber spun from polyvinyl chloride resin, our country referred to as Kleenex. Fibers made of vinyl chloride as the basic raw material are generally referred to as chlorine-containing fibers. Among them are polyvinyl chloride fibers, perchloroethylene fibers, vinylidene chloride and vinyl chloride copolymer fibers. Polychlorin refers specifically to polyvinyl chloride fibers, and the trade names of the other two types of chlorine-containing fibers are called chlorinated lonlon and partially chlorinated lonites. Because of its poor heat resistance, the stability and dyeing of organic solvents is poor, which affects its application on fabrics, and it has been lagging behind other synthetic fibers. In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, people’s awareness of safety has increased, and vhule flame-retardant requirements have been proposed in many countries for bedding, children’s and elderly clothes, interior decorative fabrics, aircraft, automobiles, and textiles for ships. Polychlorin will be widely used in flame retardant textiles.

Polyester fabrics have the advantages of flame resistance, good stability to acids and alkalis, good abrasion resistance, good insulation, good electrical insulation and so on. The disadvantages of the Klein fabric are: poor heat resistance, usually softening and shrinking at 60-70°C. Therefore, the vinyl chloride cannot be ironed, it cannot be washed with hot water, and when it is worn, it is strictly prohibited to approach high temperature objects, and the shrinkage rate in the boiling water can reach 50%. Chloramine also has poor dyeing properties. At present, apart from disperse dyes, there are not many dyes capable of dyeing chlorin. Polychlorin is slightly less stable to organic solvents. Swelling can occur in the organic solvent, so pay attention to this when wearing polyester.

Tpr Sole

TPR sole is the same kind of sole made of the same raw material. It's called TPR, but its name is different

TPR sole is a kind of polymer material which is blended and modified by thermoplastic elastomer SBS and other functional aids. It is processed by extrusion, injection molding and molding, and then formed. It has the advantages of antiskid, low temperature resistance, strong bending, good air permeability, small density and strong bonding strength
