Battery separators vary according to the type of battery, usually rubber, polyvinyl chloride, etc., brittle and easy to break, difficult to "bag-shaped."

The diaphragm is generally made of polypropylene or vinylon as the raw material, and is manufactured by the spur spray method, chemical adhesion method, or hot rolling method. It can be made into a rigid insert and can also be made into a lightweight “bag separator”.
