Luzhou Approved New Environmentally-friendly Textile Fiber Industrial Base Plan

Recently, it was learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that the development planning of the new environmental protection textile fiber industry base of Ganzhou Anbang Polymer Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. This shows that Zhangzhou will become an important textile industry base in the province.

It is understood that the new environmentally-friendly textile fiber is based on the core technology of “adding liquid coloring and multi-fiber mixed fiber color matching online” to develop low-carbon, environmentally-friendly dye-free color, colored cotton, colored yarn and downstream green textile industries by 2020. It will form annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of melt spinning textiles, 1 million tons of dye-free cotton, and supporting the construction of modern warehousing logistics systems and fiber R&D testing technology centers. The construction of the base will focus on strengthening the comprehensive utilization of resources, extending the product chain, taking advantage of the core industries, and achieving diversified development, striving to become a leading domestic innovation, production and distribution base for new environmental protection fibers.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission told the reporter that the construction of the base is of great significance in further accelerating the gradient transfer of the textile industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and accelerating the structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of the textile industry in Zhangzhou. It is reported that the construction of the base will be carried out in two phases, namely the recent period to 2015 and the long-term period to 2020.
