Buttons are small in size, complicated in variety, and varied in form and size. From the production point of view, they cannot be pressed one at a time. The surface of buttons and hot presses will appear flat, convex, concave and other states, which will cause many difficulties for the button printing. Taking the flat iron machine as an example, it can be printed according to the layout of the printed paper plate. The buttons of the batch printing were arranged on a mold made of gypsum paste, and the pressing nest was positioned. The pressing nest was consistent with the printed paper printing plate. When the plaster is hardened and solidified, the positioning of the button printing arrangement is basically completed. This positioning mold can be used for several sets of rotation to avoid affecting the speed of the scalding. According to the button size, dozens or hundreds of hot flowers can be completed per time. The matching between the buttons and the floral paper can be based on the thermal transfer glue (such as 3M spray glue) sold on the current market. Bonding is strong. The two hot plates of the flat iron machine are changed from hard (hot plate) soft (cold plate) to soft (hot plate) hard (cold plate).

The purpose of doing so is to adapt to the complexity of the buttoned flower surface, but also consider the two most basic conditions of the printing process: First, temperature, and second, time, these can be tested to find the best parameters. As for the hot pressure, the effect on the printing effect is not significant. If the transfer printing using vacuum printing machine, the effect will be more ideal.


General button companies do not have their own printing equipment, printing methods for transfer printing paper, generally can use letterpress printing, gravure printing, offset printing and screen printing, an important material for transfer printing - flower paper, according to the different division of labor in today's society The button manufacturer may commission the printing plant to produce the transfer printing paper. If the factory adopts self-printing, screen printing is recommended because of less screen printing investment and quicker results. Of course, the button enterprises set up a printing shop to print on their own, which can prevent counterfeit products because the imitation of counterfeit products is more serious nowadays. The requirements for printing paper: the paper must have a certain strength, and should not be brittle or deformed under high temperature; The affinity of the paper is small, so that the dye gas can be fully transferred to the button; the printing material on the paper has no obvious blocking effect on the dye transfer.
