In 1999, Lishui Yanhuang Down Products Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2000, it was renamed as Zhejiang Yanhuang Feather Products Co., Ltd.. Yanhuang products penetrated into major stores. Yanhuang products won the favor and trust of customers with their excellent quality and novel styles, and the company entered a new period of entrepreneurship.
In 2001, through investigations in Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Jiangsu, and Shanghai, the final decision was made to use Shanghai as the second base for the establishment of a business. On March 19, Shanghai Yanhuang Down Products Co., Ltd. was incorporated and formed a high Quality Product Research Center and Radiation Center - Shanghai.
In 2002, the features of “Yanhuang” products were kept warm, light and fashionable. The sales network of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai was rolled out to East China and Central China.
In 2003, the sales network expanded to eight major provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) in the country; “Yanhuang” fashion down pants were sold on the market with zero inventory.
In 2004, the company's first national dealership fair was held in Shanghai in July; in the same year, it passed ISO9001/14001 international quality/environmental management system certification.
In 2005, the sales network covered 17 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, and “Yanhuang” fashion down pants became the “lead geese” in the down industry.
In 2006, the company teamed up with Donghua University’s Clothing Institute and China Fashion Design Research Center for the first time to use "outside the brain" for product design and development, and to define the concept of "pioneer down". Yanhuang Down has since embarked on the road to "pioneer" in the industry. It has won special honors such as "Shanghai Famous Brand" and "National Exemption Inspection", and has a patent certificate for down trousers.
In 2007, he participated in the Beijing (China) International Clothing & Accessories Fair. The sales network covers 20 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across the country, and won the “Feather Industry Inspection Excellence Award”.
In 2008, the financial crisis swept across the world. Yanhuang Company defeated the crowd and won the bid in the bid for Hangzhou Traffic Police Garments and Jiangsu Telecom Business Wear, winning millions of orders for the company.
